Award of Contract to USI Insurance Services to Provide Employee Benefits Insurance\nBrokerage Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a three-year contract with two (2), one-year extension options to USI Insurance\nServices to provide employee benefits insurance brokerage services;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with USI Insurance Services on\nbehalf of the City, and any subsequent extensions or amendments, subject to approval\nas to form by the City Attorney; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute agreements with insurance and\nbenefit providers for benefits obtained through USI Insurance Services.

Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with ENCO Engineering, Inc. for On-Call\nCitywide Plumbing Services in an Amount Not to Exceed $275,000 for a Three-Year Term\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following actions:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with ENCO Engineering, Inc., (formerly\nE L Engineering) for On-Call Citywide Plumbing Services in an amount not to exceed\n$275,000 for a three-year term; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any documents necessary to complete the\nENCO Engineering, Inc., amendment and any subsequent change orders on behalf of\nthe City.

Award Contract to TKE Engineering Incorporated in the Amount of $409,550 for VPD\nParking Lot Renovations and ADA Compliance Design Consulting Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a professional consulting services contract to TKE Engineering Incorporated for\n“VPD - Parking Lots Rehabilitation II,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71081 for\nprofessional design consulting services related to ADA Accessibility design to bring the\nVPD lots into current ADA compliance for a cost not to exceed $409,550; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the consulting contract and any subsequent\nchange orders on behalf of the City.

Award a Two-Year Contract to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the Purchase of FususOne\nSoftware Management System and Establish Axon Enterprise, Inc. as the Sole Source\nProvider of Standard Police Equipment\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a Two-Year purchasing contract to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for the FususOne\nSoftware Management for an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000;\n2) Establish Fusus (Axon Enterprise, Inc) as the sole source provider of standard Police\nequipment for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.

Approve an Agreement with the Los Angeles County Fair Association for Law\nEnforcement Services for the 2025 Los Angeles County Fair\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-43 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2024-25 OPERATING\nBUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $72,428 AND\nAPPROPRIATING $72,428 IN THE GENERAL FUND\n2) Approve an agreement with the Los Angeles County Fair Association for Law\nEnforcement Services for the 2025 Los Angeles County Fair in the amount of\n$836,717; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf\nof the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval by the\nCity Attorney.
