7.1 APPROVAL OF SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT\nWITH CITYTECH SOLUTIONS FOR CITYTECH PERMITS AND CODE\nAPPLICATIONS (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Waive competitive formal bidding requirements and procedures set\nforth in the City of Rancho Santa Margarita Municipal Code (RSMMC)\nSection 3.07.060 and authorize the sole source procurement with\nregards to approval of a Software License and Subscription\nAgreement with CityTech Solutions, as it is hereby found and\ndetermined, pursuant to RSMMC Section 3.07.070, that the proposed\nservice is uniquely suited to the City’s needs based on the information\npresented herein by City staff; and\n2) Approve the proposed Software License and Subscription Agreement\nwith CityTech Solutions for CityTech Permits and Code Applications;\nand\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Software License and\nSubscription Agreement with CityTech Solutions for CityTech Permits\nand Code Applications.\nItem No. 7.1
