5.5 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 ANTONIO\nPARKWAY PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (Nguyen)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Antonio Parkway\nPavement Rehabilitation Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 5.5

5.6 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE CITY HALL UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER\nSUPPLY REPLACEMENT PROJECT (Nguyen)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the City Hall Uninterruptible Power\nSupply Replacement Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 5.6

5.7 AWARD OF A PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR 2023-24 ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY PROJECT TO\nHARDY & HARPER, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $829,425 (Nguyen)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year 2023-24\nAnnual Residential Overlay Project; and\n2) Find that the Project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), as a Class 1 Existing Facilities,\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301; and\n3) Award a Public Works Construction Contract to the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder Hardy & Harper, Inc. of Lake Forest, California, in\nthe amount of $829,425, and reject all other bids; and\n4) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Public Works\nConstruction Contract.\nItem No. 5.7

5.8 PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DE NOVO\nPLANNING GROUP TO PREPARE THE CITY’S LOCAL HAZARD MITIGATION\nPLAN UPDATE (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the proposed Professional Services Agreement with De Novo\nPlanning Group to prepare the City’s Local Hazard Mitigation Plan\nUpdate in a maximum not-to-exceed contract amount of $98,500; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Professional Services\nAgreement to prepare the City’s Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.\nItem No. 5.8\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
