5.6 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR\nCITYWIDE SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD SERVICES WITH ALL-CITY\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 THROUGH\nFISCAL YEAR 2026/2027 (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve a proposed Contract Services Agreement with All-City\nManagement Services, Inc. to provide citywide school crossing guard\nservices for a three-year term from July 1, 2024, through June 30,\n2027, in the total not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,219,900\n($15,000 for additional unanticipated costs is included in the total).\nThe total not-to-exceed contract amount is an aggregate of the\nfollowing: $378,132 for Fiscal Year 2024/2025; $403,150 for Fiscal\nYear 2025/2026; and $423,618 for Fiscal Year 2026/2027, as well as\nan additional $5,000 per year to cover unanticipated costs; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Contract Services\nAgreement for citywide school crossing guard services with All-City\nManagement Services, Inc.\nItem No. 5.6

5.7 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 TRAFFIC\nSIGNAL ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Traffic Signal\nEnhancements Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 5.7
