5.6 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GREENTECH LANDSCAPE, INC. (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 1 to the Landscape Maintenance\nServices Agreement with Greentech Landscape, Inc., to extend the\nterm of the Agreement for an additional three years through October\n31, 2027, and to increase the maximum contract amount by\n$173,420, from $244,847 to $418,267, with the same terms and\nconditions as set forth in the Agreement, to provide landscape\nmaintenance for city facilities; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute proposed Amendment No. 1 to the\ncurrent Landscape Maintenance Services Agreement with Greentech\nLandscape, Inc.\nItem No. 5.6

5.7 AWARD OF A PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CURB\nRAMP INSTALLATION PROJECT - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK\nGRANT TO TVR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING, LLC IN THE AMOUNT OF\n$135,100 (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025\nAmerican with Disabilities Act Curb Ramp Installation Project –\nCommunity Development Block Grant (Project); and\n2) Find that the Project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), Class 1, pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines, Section 15301; and\n3) Award a Public Works Construction Contract to the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder TVR Construction Engineering, LLC of Riverside,\nCalifornia, in the amount of $135,100 and reject all other bids; and\n4) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Public Works\nConstruction Contract.\nItem No. 5.7\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
