DBA PAVEMENT REHAB\nCOMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $96,000 (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1)\nApprove the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026\nAmericans with Disabilities Act Curb Ramp Installation Project –\nCommunity Development Block Grant (Project); and\n2)\nFind that the Project is categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA), Class 1, pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines, Section 15301; and\n3)\nAward a Public Works Construction Contract to the lowest responsive,\nresponsible bidder Carter Enterprises Group, Inc.
