The Proposed\nProject will update and combine the existing Foothill Boulevard Specific\nPlan and Central Area Specific Plan into the Foothill Central Specific Plan\n(Proposed Project). The Project if approved, would increase the allowable\nresidential density within the Foothill Central Area and provides updates to\nthe development guidelines for this area while preserving existing land\nuses (2) and Foothill Boulevard Specific Plan Mitigated Negative\nDeclaration prepared for the project, in accordance with the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA).
