Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines pursuant to Section 15308, Class 8, Actions for Protection of the\nEnvironment.\n2. Find that the property known at 534 Arroyo Drive qualifies under criteria (4), (5),\n(6), and (7) of the South Pasadena Municipal Code Section 2.63(b), for designation\nof a Historic Landmark; and,\n3. Designate the property at 534 Arroyo Drive as a Historic Landmark (Historic\nLandmark No. 59) pursuant to South Pasadena Municipal Code Section 2.63(c)(9).

APPROVAL OF A FACILITY LICENSE AND OPERATIONS AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH\nPASADENA BATTING CAGES, LLC FOR THE OPERATION OF THE BATTING CAGE\nFACILITY AND ADOPT THE FINDING OF EXEMPTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Facility License and Operations Agreement between South Pasadena Batting\nPasadena Batting Cages (Facility); and\n2. Adopt finding of exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant\nto Guidelines Section 15301 Existing Facilities.

AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ROBERT HALF\nINTERNATIONAL INC., FOR TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-\nEXCEED $150,000\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to amend\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Robert Half International Inc. for temporary\nstaffing services, to increase the contract amount by $150,000, and extend the contract\nterm through June 30, 2024;\n2. Appropriate $150,000 to Professional Services – Permanent Account 101-2030-2034-\n8170-000 from General Fund Reserves to fund the amendment.

AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH MICROSOFT, CDW\nGOVERNMENT, AND ACORN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION\nPURCHASE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 LICENSES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into agreements with Acorn Technology\nServices, Microsoft, and CDW Government, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $87,402,\nfor the licensing, implementation, and migration support of Microsoft Office 365, inclusive\nof a ten percent contingency in the amount of $7,946; and,\n2. Transfer $87,402 in State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from Account No. 101-3010-\n3041-8020 (Finance- Special Department Expense) to Account No. 206-2030-2032-\n8170-000 (Management Services Information Technology- Professional Services) to fully\nfund the licensing, implementation, and migration support to Office 365.
