Award a three-year General Services Agreement to Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services, Inc. for Hazardous Waste Response, Cleanup,\nRemoval and Disposal Environmental On-Call Services for a total amount\nnot to exceed $120,000 during the first three years, plus two additional\none-year options.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2556, by and between the City of San Clemente and Ocean Blue\nEnvironmental Services, Inc., providing for Hazardous Waste Response,\nCleanup, Removal and Disposal Environmental On-Call Services, in an\namount no to exceed $120,000 for the first three years, with two additional\none-year options.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C2557, by and between the City of San Clemente and Flock Group, Inc., DBA\nFlock Safety, providing for automated license plate recognition (ALPR)\nservices, in an amount not to exceed $371,400, and to approve\nsuccessive annual renewal terms in the exercise of his discretion.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to approve a 19% project contingency in the\nexercise of his discretion.
