The City Council adopted the Homes for All of Us – Housing\nAction Package Code Update on March 1, 2022. State law requires the California Coastal\nCommission's certification of amendments to the Local Coastal Program before they can\ntake effect in the Coastal Zone. The California Coastal Commission conditionally\ncertified the Homes for All of Us – Housing Action Package Code Update and\namendments to the Local Coastal Program with modifications on April 12, 2024.
