(Added 7/10/25)\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis proposed action increases the contract not-to-exceed amount by $64,719,419.69 to a\nnew ceiling of $103,526,419.69. The $64.7 million increase includes $41.5 million to\npurchase containers and $23.2 million for delivery of new containers, pick up of old\ncontainers, and recycling of old containers.
