Item 250:\nSubmission of Ballot Proposals for the June 2, 2026 Ballot.\nCity Council Policy 000-21 establishes a procedure for submittal of ballot proposals to the City Council, by members of the public,\nCouncilmembers, the Mayor or mayoral departments, independent department directors or a public agency. Ballot proposals may be submitted to\nthe Office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk shall then transmit them promptly to Rules Committee Consultant.
