Item 250:\nSubmission of Ballot Proposals for the November 3, 2026 Ballot.\nCity Council Policy 000-21 establishes a procedure for submittal of ballot proposals to the City Council, by\nmembers of the public, Councilmembers, the Mayor or mayoral departments, independent department\ndirectors or a public agency. Ballot proposals may be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk. The City\nClerk shall then transmit them promptly to Rules Committee Consultant.
