7. Approve the Purchase of Traffic Signal Camera Equipment from Iteris, Inc. for a\nTotal Budget Amount of $125,000 to Upgrade Traffic Signals to meet State\nRequirements for Bicycle Detection for intersections at Arrow Highway at Cataract\nAvenue, Arrow Highway at Eucla Avenue/Cienega Avenue and Arrow Highway at\nWalnut Avenue.

Discuss the revised proposed options related to Senate Bill 9 (SB 9).

2. Consider the Planning Commission’s recommendations related to optional development\nstandards.

3. Direct staff to draft an SB 9 ordinance to present to the Planning Commission and\nsubsequently to the City Council for adoption.\n2. Discussion and Possible Direction Regarding Council Request Conversion of Cienega\nValley Estates Mobile Home Park from an All-Senior to All-Age Park\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council provide direction to staff on this item.
