In Favor – Adopt Resolution 2023-31 if the ballot receives a 51% majority vote in favor\nor if the vote concludes in a tie to increase the assessment to $1,538.28 per parcel, add an\nannual adjustment by the Consumer Price Index; or\n\n2b. Majority Protest – Adopt Resolution 2023-32 if the ballot receives a 51% majority vote\nprotest opposed and set a Public Hearing for June 13th, 2023 to consider assessment at the\ncurrent level of $898.42 per parcel.
