Discuss Zoning, Design and Development Standards the City could include in an\nOrdinance to Minimize Negative Impacts Related to Senate Bill 9, which Requires Cities\nto Ministerially approve Subdivisions of Single-family Zoned Parcels into two (2) Parcels\nand Developments of two (2) Residential Units on Single-family Zoned Parcels (Deferred\nfrom the City Council’s March 28, 2023 meeting).\nRECOMMENDATION: Discuss the revised proposed options related to Senate Bill 9 (SB 9),\nconsider the Planning Commission’s recommendations related to optional development\nstandards, and direct staff to draft an SB 9 ordinance to present to the Planning Commission\nand subsequently to the City Council for adoption.\nPUBLIC HEARING
