PH1. Consideration of Municipal Code Text Amendment 220003 to amend Chapter 18.42 Multiple\n Family (MF) Zone to Reduce the Required Amount of Open Green Areas/Open Space, and the\n Required Front and Side Yard Setbacks for Developments in the MF Zone, and Chapter\n 18.156 Vehicle Parking and Storage with Respect to Vehicle Parking Requirements for Multi\n Family Developments Along with Associated Clean Up Items, and Determination of Exemption\n from CEQA under CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3).\n RECOMMENDATION:\n 1. Staff and the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council open the public\n hearing, take public testimony, and close the public hearing; and\n 2. Introduce Ordinance 1301 (Attachment 1) approving Municipal Code Text Amendment\n 220003, amending Chapter 18.42 MultipleFamily (MF) Zone to reduce the required\n amount of open green areas/open space, and the required front and side yard setbacks\n for developments in the MF Zone, and Chapter 18.156 Vehicle Parking and Storage\n with respect to vehicle parking requirements for multifamily developments along with\n associated clean up items, and determine the ordinance is exempt from CEQA under\n CEQA Guidelines 15061(b)(3).
