CC1. Adopt Resolution 2024­15, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Dimas,\nApproving Certain Demands for the Prepaid Warrant Register of March 15, 2024, in the\nAmount of $276,796.99 and Warrant Register of February 29, 2024, in the amount of\n$423,110.19.

CC2. Approve Minutes of the February 26, 2024 Special Study Session Meeting, February 27, 2024\nSpecial Study Session Meeting and February 27, 2024 Regular Meeting

CC3. Approve an Additional Budget Appropriation of $25,205 from the General Fund and Approve\nthe City Manager to Execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Interwest Consulting Group\nfor an Amount not to Exceed $513,050 Associated with Additional Meetings Required to\nComplete the Review Process and for Additional Time and Work Needed to Finalize the Draft\nDowntown Specific Plan Document for Adoption.

CC4. Approve Grant Termination and Reimbursement of $641,080.92 in Proposition A Grant Fund\nfor the Walnut Creek Habitat and Open Space Development Project to Maintain the City’s\nGood Standing with the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District and\nAuthorize the City Manager to Execute Such Agreements as Necessary in a Form Approved by\nthe City Attorney.

CC5. Receive, File, and Authorize Submittal of the 2023 Annual Housing Progress Report to\nCalifornia State Department of Housing and Community Development for the 2021­2029\nHousing Element.

CC6. Award Construction Contact 2024­02 Lone Hill Avenue Street Improvement Project to Vance\nCorporation in the Amount of $942,207.95, and Approve the overall Project Budget of\n$1,188,208.00 including Construction, Engineering, Inspection, Permits and Contingency and\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract with Vance Corporation in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.

Award Construction Contact 2024­01 East Via Vaquero ­ Street Improvement Project to\nSequel Contractor Inc and Appropriate $50,000 from Fund 74 Measure R Funds and Approve\nOverall Project Budget of $442,300 Including Construction, Engineering and Contingency and\nAuthorize the City Manager to execute the Construction Contract with Sequel Contractor Inc in\na form approved by the City Attorney.
