Discussion Consideration and Approval of Proposed 2025 Solid Waste Rate Adjustment and\nAdoption of Resolution 2024­84\nRECOMMENDATION: City staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution 2024­\n84 to set solid waste rates effective from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. This\naction would continue year two of the five­year adjustment plan without requiring a Proposition\n218 notification, provided the annual CPI increase does not exceed 5%.
