Adopt Ordinance 1331, Amending Specified Chapters of Title 15 of the San Dimas Municipal\nCode and Adopting by Reference, the 2025 Edition of the California Building Code, Volumes 1\n& 2, Green Building Standards Code, Wildlife­Urban Interface Code, and the 2024\nInternational Property Maintenance Code Together with Certain Amendments, Additions,\nDeletions, and Exceptions, Including Fees and Penalties.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing and adopt Ordinance 1331 to adopt by reference the model\ncodes with various additions, deletions and additional administrative provisions.\nCITY REPORTS

PH3. Adopt Resolution 2025­54, Approving Waste Management’s Request to Adjust San Dimas\nSolid Waste Collection Rates for 2026\nRECOMMENDATION: City staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution 2025­54 to set solid waste rates effective from January 1, 2026,\nthrough December 31, 2026. This action would continue year three of the five­year\nadjustment plan without requiring a Proposition 218 citywide mailer notification, provided\nthe annual overall rate increase does not exceed 5%.
