5) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE FILING A GRANT APPLICATION\nWITH THE CALIFORNIA NATURAL RESOURCES AGENCY FOR THE URBAN GREENING\nPROGRAM FUNDING\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8207 authorizing the filing of a grant application to the California\nNatural Resources Agency for Urban Greening Program funding for the development of a\ngreen alley project along Carlisle Street;\nb. Authorize the City Manager to accept any grant funds from CNRA, upon award;\nc. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all related grant documents required\nfor receiving such grant funds pursuant to the terms and conditions of the grant; and\nd.
