Approve the purchase of a 2024 Ford F650 Regular cab gasoline engine dump/brush truck\nwith automatic transmission, for an amount not to exceed $128,788.44, from Enterprise\nFleet Management through the State of California Cooperative Purchasing Contract,\nSourcewell Contract No. 030122-EFM;\nb. Authorize City Manager to execute the Purchase Order and all related documents.

4) CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT THE OFFICE OF COMMUNITY ORIENTED POLICING SERVICES\nFISCAL YEAR 2022 LAW ENFORCEMENT MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS ACT GRANT\nFUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services Law Enforcement Mental\nHealth and Wellness Act funds, in the amount of $108,217.96 to reimburse equipment\nand overtime associated with establishing a mental health and wellness program for\nPolice Department personnel;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8224 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to appropriate\nthe grant revenues and expenses; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute all related documents.

5) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A SUBAWARD AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES\nFOR THE 2022 URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE GRANT PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve the Subaward Agreement (Contract No. 2144) between the City of Los Angeles\nand the City of San Fernando for the 2022 Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8225 amending the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget to appropriate\nthe grant expenditures and revenues for the UASI 2022 Grant funds in the amount of\n$141,466.00; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all related documents.
