Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (Contract No. 2251) between the City of San\nFernando and the San Fernando Police Officers’ Association Police Management Unit for a\n4.5-year term (January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2028);\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8309 approving job specification for a Police Commander job\nclassification;\nc. Adopt Resolution No. 8310 amending the Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-2024; and\nd. Authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive corrections and execute all related\ndocuments.
