Approve a First Amendment to the Legal Services Agreement with Civica Law Group, APC\n(Contract No. 2244(a)) to increase the not to exceed sum from $24,900 to $100,000 and\nextend for a three year term to provide on-call Code Enforcement Legal Services; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.

Approve the co-sponsorship of the 2024 Pink Patch Project and authorize staff to raise funds\nfor City of Hope by selling pink patches;\nb. Authorize uniformed staff to wear pink patches on their uniform every October, which is\ndesignated as “Breast Cancer Awareness Month”; and\nc. Authorize City staff to participate in fundraising efforts in support of the Pink Patch Project,\nincluding minimal use of City time and Department resources.
