Approve an increase of $150,000 to the Capital Project Budget for the Traffic Signal\nModifications – 9 Locations Highway Safety Improvement Project Federal Project No. HSIPL-\n5202(019), Job No. 7598, Plan No. P-722, to the not-to-exceed amount of $1,810,227;\nb. Approve an increase to the construction contingency to 20% increasing the not-to-exceed\namount from $122,943 to $245,886; and\nc. Adopt Resolution No. 8357 amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Adopted Budget\nappropriating Proposition C Fund expenditures.
