9) CONSIDERATION OF A LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY LETTER FROM THE SAN FERNANDO CITY\nCOUNCIL TO LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT 6 BOARD MEMBER KELLY GONEZ, IN\nSUPPORT OF INCREASING POLICE PRESENCE AND PARTNERSHIPS ON SCHOOL CAMPUSES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Review and approve the legislative advocacy letter, urging the Los Angeles Unified School\nDistrict to increase police presence and partnerships on school campuses in San Fernando;\nand\nb. Authorize the City Manager to incorporate feedback received from the City Council and\ndistribute the letter to all parties listed.
