4)\nCONSIDERATION TO ADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE SALARY PLAN AND TABLE OF\nORGANIZATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8393 approving the Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-2026;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8394 approving the Table of Organization for FY 2025-2026; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive corrections and execute\nall related documents.

5)\nCONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF\nSTATE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS FOR THE PROPOSITION 47 GRANT PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Authorize the submittal of a grant application to the Board of State Community Corrections\nin the amount of $3,865,349 for the Proposition 47 Grant Program – Cohort 5; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.

6)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY POLICE\nCHIEFS ASSOCIATION ACCEPTING URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE 2024 GRANT FUNDS\nFOR SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS TO THE POLICE STATION, AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION\nAPPROPRIATING THE FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Subaward Agreement (Contract No. 2393) with Los Angeles County Police Chiefs\nAssociation accepting Urban Area Security Initiative 2024 Grant Funds in the amount of\n$82,982 for Police Station security enhancements;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8395 amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget to appropriate the\ngrant expenditures and revenues for the UASI 2024 Grant funds in the amount of $82,982;\nand\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and all related\ndocuments.

7)\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL\nACCEPTING CANNABIS TAX FUND GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS TO SUPPORT SELECTIVE TRAFFIC\nENFORCEMENT DETAILS AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Grant Agreement with California Highway Patrol (Contract No. 2394) accepting\nCannabis Tax Fund Grant Program funds, in the amount of $189,866.43 to help address the\ndangers of impaired driving involving alcohol and/or drugs by conducting driving under the\ninfluence Checkpoints, Saturation Patrols, and purchasing a drug testing device and\nbreathalyzer accessories to assist in DUI prevention and enforcement efforts;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8396 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to appropriate\nthe grant revenues and expenses; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.\nPUBLIC HEARINGS

8)\nA CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AND APPROVE INTRODUCTION FOR FIRST\nREADING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES) OF THE SAN\nFERNANDO MUNICIPAL CODE TO IMPLEMENT A RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM\nAND TO MODIFY PARKING RESTRICTIONS OF CERTAIN VEHICLES INCLUDING FOR USE AS\nHUMAN HABITATIONS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Conduct a Public Hearing;\nb. Pending public testimony, approve introduction for first reading Ordinance No. 1735 in title\nonly, and waive further reading “An Ordinance Of The City Council of the City Of San\nFernando, California, Amending Chapter 90 (Traffic And Vehicles) of the San Fernando\nMunicipal Code to implement a Residential Parking Permit Program and to modify parking\nrestrictions of Campers, Recreational Vehicles, Utility Trailers and other Vehicles including\nthose used for human habitation”.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
