19) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY MANAGEREMPLOYMENT CONTRACT ESTABLISHING COST OF LIVING INCREASE TERMS OR OTHERALTERNATIVE AMENDMENTS TO COMPENSATION TERMS AS MAY BE WARRANTEDIf following closed session deliberation, the City Council is prepared to approve a final contractamendment in open session, true and correct copies of the proposed amendment will be madeavailable to the public prior to any final action along with such other pre-approval reporting asmay be required under the Brown Act.Subject to final closed session deliberations, it is recommended that the City Council:a.
