4) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE RELEASE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SOLID WASTEMANAGEMENT COLLECTION SERVICESRecommend that the City Council approve the release of a Request for Proposals for SolidWaste Management Collection Services to solicit proposals from qualified firms to providegarbage, recyclable material, and organic waste collection services for the City.

5) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH IMPACTTENNIS INITIATIVE FOR TENNIS PROGRAMMING AT PIONEER PARKRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with Impact Tennis Initiative (Contract No.2543) for tennis programming at Pioneer Park; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive edits and execute theagreement.

6) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SANFERNANDO NATIONAL LITTLE LEAGUE FOR THE USE OF BASEBALL FIELDS AND CONCESSIONSTAND FOR YOUTH BASEBALL PROGRAMMING AT PIONEER PARKRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with San Fernando National Little League(Contract 2544) for the Use of Baseball Fields and Concession Stand for Youth BaseballProgramming at Pioneer Park; andb.
