Approval of a Southern California Edison 10-working day Road Closure on\nEsplanade Avenue\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the requested road closure\nalong Esplanade Avenue between Cinnabar Avenue and Cawston Avenue,\nand Esplanade Avenue from Cawston Avenue to approximately 1300 feet\nwest of Sanderson Avenue for a duration of 10 working days.\nDepartment: Engineering

Approval of Tract Map No. 32955-F subdivision into 95 residential lots located\non the south side of Seventh Street, about 1,320 feet west of Cawston Avenue\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. 4.2. Annexation of Territory into Community Facilities District 2003-1 (CFD 2003-1),\nAuthorizing the Levy of Special Taxes, Submitting the Levy of Special Tax to the\nQualified Electors, Declaring the Results of the Election, and Authorizing the Levy of\nSpecial Taxes for Annexation No. 69\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Hold the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2003-1.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 4014, authorizing the annexation of territory to CFD 2003-\n1 and the levy of a Special Tax, and submitting the levy of Special Tax to the\nQualified Electors.\n3. Call upon the City Clerk to conduct the Special Annexation Landowner Election.\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 4015, declaring the results of a Special Annexation\nLandowner Election and directing the recording of an amended Notice of Special\nTax Lien.

5.3. Approval of the Ramona Expressway Striping, Mountain Avenue Striping, and\nVernon Avenue Traffic Calming Project\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Approve the plans and specifications for the Ramona Expressway Striping,\nMountain Avenue Striping, and Vernon Avenue Traffic Calming Project;\n2. Award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder submitting a\nresponsive bid WGJ Enterprises Inc., dba PCI for the sum of $106,602.88;\n3. Appropriate $127,924 from Measure A, Fund 022\n4. Allocate 10% of total bid for administration, inspection, and testing;\n5. Allocate 10% of the total bid for construction contingencies; and
