Find that in accordance with Section 3.08.070(C)(1) of the City’s Municipal\nCode, the use of Flock is necessary to ensure compatibility with other City\nequipment; and\n3. Resolution Approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Sale of Property\nLocated at 239 W. 7th Street, (APN 437-094-006) to New Ananda Realty, LLC\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the Board of Directors of the San Jacinto Housing\nAuthority approve Resolution No. 4043 to authorize the execution of a Purchase\nand Sale Agreement for the sale of 239 W. 7th Street, San Jacinto, CA 92583,\nmore particularly described as Riverside County Assessor Parcel Number 437-\n094-006 (the “Property”) and authorize the Executive Director to take any and all\nactions necessary to implement the Purchase and Sale Agreement.\nDepartment: Finance
