APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT\nUSING DONATION FUND MONIES\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the purchase of the law\nenforcement equipment detailed in the staff report and appropriate $24,375.25 from\nthe Donation Fund to account number 281­30­4376­0000 (Materials & Supplies) for\nsuch equipment.

APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNSELING TEAM\nINTERNATIONAL FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & WELLNESS\nSERVICES FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council approve the City to enter into an agreement with The\nCounseling Team International for behavioral health and wellness services for public\nsafety personnel for a three and a half (3 1/2) year term in the amount not to\nexceed $80,540.\nCONSENT CALENDAR
