10. UPDATE ON CITY RESPONSE TO THE COVID­19 PANDEMIC\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file the January 11,\n2023 report on the City’s response to the COVID­19 Pandemic.

11. APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE LIST FOR\n2022\nRecommendation: The Mayor recommends the Council approve the Council List of\nDelegates and Alternates to agency boards, commissions, and City activities for\n2023.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF $1,013.86 DONATION FROM THE SAN MARINO\nWOMEN’S CLUB\nRecommendation: S t a f f r e c o m m e n d s t h e C o u n c i l ( 1 ) a c c e p t t h e d o n a t i o n o f\n$1,013.86 from the San Marino Women’s Club; (2) approve the fiscal year 2022­23\nrevenue budget amendment to recognize revenue of $1,013.86 in the Restricted\nDonations Fund at Account 281­92­3601­0000 (Children’s Material Donations) and;\n(3) approve the fiscal year 2022­23 expenditure budget amendment of $1,013.86 in\nthe Restricted Donations Fund at Account 281­92­4376­0000 (Children’s Materials &\nSupplies).

13. RATIFICATION OF THE FY 2021­22 CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY\nREPORT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council to ratify the FY 2021­22 California\nState Library Report.

14. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R­23­02, APPROVING THE\nUPDATED FY 2022­2023 SALARY SCHEDULE\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. R­23,02, approving the Updated\nFY 2022­2023 Salary Schedule.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT EXTENSION FOR IT\nCONSULTING/MANAGEMENT SERVICES WITH INTELESYS\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the City Council authorize the Acting City Manager to execute the\nextension of the professional services agreement with Intelesys for the City’s IT\nManagement Services for one year.

2. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. O­\n22­1400 (SECOND READING) ADOPTING THE 2022 EDITIONS OF\nTHE CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODES AND ADOPTION\nOF RESOLUTION NO. R­22­50\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council conduct the public hearing, waive full reading and\nadopt by title only, Ordinance No. O­22­1400, and Ordinance of the City of San\nMarino Adopting by Reference the 2022 Editions of the California Administrative,\nBuilding, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Residential, Fire, Energy, Green Building\nStandards, Historical Building, Existing Building, Appendix J Los Angeles County\nGrading Standards and Referenced Standards Codes, with Certain Amendments,\nDeletions and Additions, and Amending Chapter 25 of the San Marino Municipal Code,\nand Resolution No. R­22­50.\nNEW BUSINESS

3. RECEIVE AND FILE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FIRST QUARTER (JULY\n2022 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2022)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that Council to receive and file the financial\nreport reflecting the City’s revenues and expenditures as of September 30, 2022.

4. APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT\nUSING DONATION FUND MONIES\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the purchase of the law\nenforcement equipment detailed in the staff report and appropriate $24,375.25 from\nthe Donation Fund to account number 281­30­4376­0000 (Materials & Supplies) for\nsuch equipment.

5. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNSELING TEAM\nINTERNATIONAL FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH & WELLNESS\nSERVICES FOR PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council approve the City to enter into an agreement with The\nCounseling Team International for behavioral health and wellness services for public\nsafety personnel for a three and a half (3 1/2) year term in the amount not to\nexceed $80,540.\nCONSENT CALENDAR

6. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR\nDECEMBER 2022\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for\nthe month of December 2022.

7. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER\n2022\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends the Council receive and file the Cash and Investment Report for\nthe Month of November 2022.

9. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R­23­01 TO CONTINUE HYBRID\nPUBLIC MEETINGS PURSUANT TO AB 361\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. R­23­01 re­\nauthorizing the City Council and the City’s Boards and Commissions to continue\nteleconference accessibility for conducting public meetings pursuant to AB 361.
