R­23­06 TO TRANSFER FY 2023­\n24 CDBG PROJECT FUNDS AND PRIOR FISCAL YEARS\nUNALLOCATED FUNDS TO THE CDBG REVOLVING GRANT FUND\nRecommendation: Subject to the approval of the City Council adopting Resolution No.\nR­23­05 to adopt the CDBG project(s) for FY 2023­24 on March 8, 2023, staff\nrecommends the City Council adopt the resolution allowing for the City to transfer\n$165,400 of the FY 2023­24 CDBG allocation and prior years’ unallocated CDBG funds\nto the CDBG revolving grant fund. If the Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, the appropriate motion would be: “I move to adopt Resolution No.\nR­23­06 authorizing the transfer of the City’s CDBG funds for Fiscal Year 2023­24 and\nprior fiscal years’ unallocated CDBG funds, totaling $165,400, to the CDBG revolving\ngrant fund.”
