APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO TRANSPORTATION\nREIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SAN MARINO UNIFIED\nSCHOOL DISTRICT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the Acting City\nManager to execute an amendment to the original transportation reimbursement\nagreement with the District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 for\ntransportation reimbursements under the terms described in the attached\nagreements. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be: “I move to authorize the Acting City Manager to execute an\namendment to the original transportation reimbursement agreement with the San\nMarino Unified School District for transportation reimbursements for the year ended\nJune 30, 2024.”

9. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R­23­06 TO TRANSFER FY 2023­\n24 CDBG PROJECT FUNDS AND PRIOR FISCAL YEARS\nUNALLOCATED FUNDS TO THE CDBG REVOLVING GRANT FUND\nRecommendation: Subject to the approval of the City Council adopting Resolution No.\nR­23­05 to adopt the CDBG project(s) for FY 2023­24 on March 8, 2023, staff\nrecommends the City Council adopt the resolution allowing for the City to transfer\n$165,400 of the FY 2023­24 CDBG allocation and prior years’ unallocated CDBG funds\nto the CDBG revolving grant fund. If the Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, the appropriate motion would be: “I move to adopt Resolution No.\nR­23­06 authorizing the transfer of the City’s CDBG funds for Fiscal Year 2023­24 and\nprior fiscal years’ unallocated CDBG funds, totaling $165,400, to the CDBG revolving\ngrant fund.”
