REVIEW OF DRAFT FY 2023­24 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PLAN AND 5­\nYEAR FORECAST\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council review the draft FY 2023­24\ncapital equipment budget and 5­year plan and provide direction and guidance on two\nmatters: 1) approve or reject the proposed FY 2023­24 expenditures, and 2) offer\nguidance on any FY 2024­25 or beyond equipment expenditures that should be\nmoved up into FY 2023­24. Staff will include the Council’s direction in the proposed\nbudget.

If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. O­23­1401, an Ordinance of\nthe City Council of San Marino, California amending Municipal Code Section\n23.03.10 to extend the Objective Residential Design Standards to impose the\nstandards on all multifamily residential projects in the C­1 zone.”
