ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION FROM THE HUNTINGTON LIBRARY, ART\nMUSEUM, AND BOTANICAL GARDENS OF $100,000 FOR RECEIPT IN\nTHE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council accept the donation and apply\nthe funds to capital projects, the appropriate motion would be: “I move to accept\nthe donation of $100,000 from the Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical\nGardens; authorize the Finance Department to receipt the donation in the Capital\nProjects Fund; and amend the FY 2022­23 revenue budget to recognize revenue of\n$100,000 in the Capital Projects Fund (Account # 394­00­3601­0000).”

2. APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARINO\nAND FLOCK SAFETY FOR A FIVE­YEAR SUBSCRIPTION IN AN\nAMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $505,850\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the Agreement\nbetween the City of San Marino and Flock Safety for a Five­Year Subscription. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be: “I\nmove to approve the Agreement between the City of San Marino and Flock Safety\nfor a Five­Year Subscription not to exceed $505,850, and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the agreement on behalf of the City.”

3. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. R­23­23 AMENDING THE\nUNREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES SALARY AND BENEFITS SCHEDULE\nAND RESOLUTION NO. R­23­24 UPDATING THE SALARY SCHEDULE\nFOR FY 2023­2024\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. R­23­23, Resolution No.\nR­23­24, and direct Finance staff to increase each department’s operating budget in\nthe necessary amount. If Council concurs, an appropriate motion would be: “I move\nto (1) adopt Resolution No. R­23­23, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nSan Marino, California, Amending the Unrepresented Employees Salary and Benefits\nSchedule for the Period Covering July 1, 2022 Through June 30, 2024 Pertaining to\nPolice Chief Classification, Deletion of Human Resources Manager, and the Addition of\nClassifications of Code Enforcement Officer, Recreation Coordinator, and Police\nRecords Clerk to the Part­Time Employees Salary Schedule; (2) adopt Resolution No.\nR­23­24, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino, California,\nApproving the Updated Salary Schedule for FY 2023­2024; and (3) approve\nadditional appropriations in the amount of $25,695 in FY 2023­2024 to be spread\nover the affected full­time personnel budget line items as shown in the respective\nbudgets.”

DISCUSSION OF POTENTIAL FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR\nCONTINUED SHORT­TERM USE OF STONEMAN RECREATION\nCENTER\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve the facility upgrades\nto the Stoneman Facility. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an appropriate motion would\nbe: “I move to waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. O­23­1402, an Ordinance\nof the City Council of San Marino, California adding Article 20 and Municipal Code\nSection 23.02.34 to Municipal Code Chapter 23, and Amending 23.03.10 Regarding\nDevelopment Standards and Objective Design Standards for Multi­Family Residential\nDevelopment Projects.”
