APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GREATER LOS\nANGELES COUNTY VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT\nRecommendation: The Mayor recommends the Council appoint Howard Brody as the\nCity’s representative to the Great Los Angeles County Vector Control District Board\nof Trustees to serve a two (2) year term. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be :\n”I move to appoint Howard Brody to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Greater\nLos Angeles Vector Control District for a two (2) year term ending January 1, 2026.

If Council concurs, the appropriate action would be:\n“I move to approve the vote in favor of Rosemead City Councilmember Margaret\nClark to the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority Board of Directors and adopt\nResolution No. R-23-32, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Marino,\nCalifornia, Casting its Vote for Councilmember Margaret Clark to Represent Cities\nwithout Prescriptive Pumping Rights on the Board of the San Gabriel Basin Water\nQuality Authority.”

If the Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n“I move to approve a three-year professional services agreement with an option to\nextend the contract for two more years with SDI Presence, LLC for Information\nTechnology Consulting/Management Services and authorize the City Manager to\nexercise the future option under the contract in his discretion, subject to satisfactory\nperformance and Council budget appropriation.”

Curtis in the amount of $82,686.39.
