3. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. R-24-05, ADOPTING THE CITY OF SAN\nMARINO 2024 INVESTMENT POLICY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the City’s\nInvestment Policy for 2024. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation,\nan appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-24-05, a Resolution of the City Council of the City\nof San Marino, California, Adopting the 2024 Investment Policy.”

4. APPROVAL OF THE PURCHASE OF UNMANNED AERIAL SYSTEMS (UAS)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the purchase of two\nUAS systems from Skydio, Inc. using COPS Fund monies. If the Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to authorize the purchase of two UAS systems from Skydio, Inc. for\n$33,117.13 using COPS Fund monies.”

APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH CIVICPLUS, LLC.\nFOR RECREATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, CIVICREC\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve Amendment No. 1 to extend\nthe term of the Professional Services Agreement through May 6, 2029, establish pricing\nfor each year, and amend the insurance requirements. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to extend the term of the Professional Services\nAgreement through May 6, 2029, establish pricing for each year, amend the insurance\nrequirements, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of\nthe City.”

APPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE STORM DRAIN TRASH\nCAPTURE FILTER PROGRAM PROJECT NO. 46-8026 PERFORMED BY G2\nCONSTRUCTION, INC.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council accept the FY 23-24 Storm\nDrain Trash Capture Filter Program Project No. 46-8026 as complete and authorize the\nCity Clerk to file the Notice of Completion. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to accept the FY 23-24 Storm Drain Trash Capture Filter Program Project No.\n46-8026, performed by G2 Construction, Inc. as complete and authorize the City Clerk\nto file the Notice of Completion.”

If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of March\n2024.”

9. APPROVAL OF MINUTES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the March 2024 minutes. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to approve the minutes of the special meeting of March 13, 2024, the regular\nmeeting of March 13, 2024, and the adjourned regular meeting of March 29, 2024.”
