R-24-09 DELEGATING AUTHORITY\nFOR INDUSTRIAL DISABILITY RETIREMENT DETERMINATIONS\nUNDER GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 21173\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council adopt Resolution No. R-24-09. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-24-09, a Resolution of the San Marino City Council\ndelegating authority for Industrial Disability Retirement determinations under\nGovernment Code Section 21173.”
