2. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARINO AND ALL CITY\nMANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. FOR CROSSING GUARD SERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the agreement for crossing\nguard services provided by All City Management Services Inc. If the City Council\nconcurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the Agreement between the City of San Marino and All City\nManagement Services, Inc. for crossing guard services beginning July 1, 2024, and\nending June 30, 2025.”

3. AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM TO THE\nPOOL USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SAN MARINO\nUNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council authorize the City Manager to\nexecute an addendum to the existing pool use agreement with San Marino Unified\nSchool District consistent with the terms described in the staff report, with final\nlanguage subject to the City Manager and City Attorney approval. If the City Council\nconcurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to authorize the City Manager to execute an addendum to the existing pool\nuse agreement with San Marino Unified School District consistent with the terms\ndescribed in the staff report, with final language subject to the City Manager and City\nAttorney approval.”

4. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 WITH THE CITY\nOF PASADENA FOR DIAL-A-RIDE SERVICES THROUGH JUNE 30, 2027\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve Amendment number 3 to\nextend the term of the agreement with the City of Pasadena for Dial-A-Ride services\nthrough June 30, 2027, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment\non behalf of the City. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment number 3 to extend the term of the agreement with\nthe City of Pasadena for Dial-A-Ride services through June 30, 2027, and authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.”

5. CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. R-24-10 AMENDING THE\nCITY’S FEE SCHEDULE TO ADOPT FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF\nCARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON PERMIT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. R-\n24-10 amending the City’s fee schedule to include increased fees for the issuances of\nCCW license. If the City Council concurs with the staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-24-10, a Resolution of the San Marino City Council\namending the City’s Fee Schedule to include increased fees for the issuance of CCW\nlicenses.”

6. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL 2024\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file this report. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Cash and Investment Report for the Month of April\n2024.”

7. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR MAY\n2024\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file the Monthly\nDisbursements Report for the month of May 2024. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of May\n2024.”

8. APPROVAL OF MINUTES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the May 2024 minutes. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to approve the minutes of the special meeting of May 8, 2024, the regular\nmeeting of May 8, 2024, and the adjourned regular meeting of May 31, 2024.”
