1. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL FOR DESIGN REVIEW CASE NO. 21-\n25 & 21-73 AT 1408 WILSON AVENUE FOR A FIRST AND SECOND\nSTORY 418 SQUARE-FOOT ADDITION (SIGO GROUP MANAGEMENT,\nLLC)\nRecommendation: Based on the information submitted to the record, staff\nrecommends that the City Council; (1) determine that based on the whole of the\nadministrative record, that the proposed addition is exempt from CEQA pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines, Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1 & Class 3, and that there is\nno substantial evidence demonstrating an exception to the categorical exemption\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 applies; (2) find that the proposed\nproject meets the required findings; and (3) approve the project.\nIf the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to approve the project as presented and find that the proposed project\nmeets the required findings and determine that based on the whole of the\nadministrative record, that the proposed addition is exempt from CEQA pursuant to\nState CEQA Guidelines, Article 19, Section 15301, Class 1 & Class 3, and that there is\nno substantial evidence demonstrating an exception to the categorical exemption\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2 applies.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR

4. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR JUNE\n2024\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file the Monthly\nDisbursements Report for the month of June 2024. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of June\n2024.”

5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the June 2024 minutes. If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to approve the minutes of the special meeting of June 12, 2024, the regular\nmeeting of June 12, 2024, and the adjourned regular meeting of June 28, 2024.”
