1. APPROVAL OF 2024 UPDATE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARINO LOCAL\nHAZARD MITIGATION PLAN\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the 2024 Local Hazard\nMitigation Plan. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n”I move to approve Resolution No. R-25-10 adopting the Local Hazard Mitigation\nPlan.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR

APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS WITH THE AMERICAN RED CROSS FOR\nCOOPERATIVE MASS CARE SHELTERS AND FACILITY USE\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council 1) approve the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding between the City of San Marino and the American Red Cross, Los\nAngeles Region for the provision of mass care shelters; 2) approve the Shelter\nOperations Facility Use Agreement between the City of San Marino and the American\nRed Cross, Los Angeles Region, and 3) approve the Pet Addendum to the Facility Use\nAgreement. If the Council agrees with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n”I move to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San\nMarino and the American Red Cross, Los Angeles Region for the provision of mass\ncare shelters, the Shelter Operations Facility Use Agreement between the City of San\nMarino and the American Red Cross, Los Angeles Region, and the Pet Addendum to\nthe Facility Use Agreement.”

APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS NO. 3 TO AGREEMENTS #75347 AND\n#66656 WITH METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA FOR WATER CONSERVATION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 3 to\nAgreement 75347 (Residential Conservation Program) and Amendment No. 3 to\nAgreement 66656 (Commercial Conservation Program), extending the terms of both\nagreements through June 30, 2035, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nAgreements. If the Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 75347 (Residential Conservation\nProgram) and Amendment No. 3 to Agreement 66656 (Commercial Conservation\nProgram) with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for Water\nConservation, extending the terms of both agreements through June 30, 2035, and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the Agreements.”

4. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. R-25-11, ADOPTING THE CITY OF\nSAN MARINO 2025 INVESTMENT POLICY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the City’s\nInvestment Policy for 2025. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation,\nan appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-25-11, a Resolution of the City Council of the City\nof San Marino, California, Adopting the 2025 Investment Policy.”

5. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY\n2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file this report. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Cash and Investment Report for the Month of\nFebruary 2025.”

6. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR MARCH\n2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file the Monthly\nDisbursements Report for the month of March 2025. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of March\n2025.”

If\nthe City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 12, 2025, the\nAdjourned Regular Meeting of March 28, 2025, and the Special Meeting of March 28,\n2025.”
