1. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION R-25-13 UPDATING THE SCHEDULE OF\nFEES FOR SERVICE BASED ON THE UPDATED COMPREHENSIVE USER\nFEE STUDY AND COST ALLOCATION PLAN\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that City Council approve Resolution No. R-25-\n13 Updating the Schedule of Fees for Service with effective date of July 13, 2025,\nbased on the results of the Fee Study Update for the City of San Marino May 2025.\nIf the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-25-13 Updating the Schedule of Fees For Service.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR

2. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH MOBIUS PLANNING LLC FOR THE SAN MARINO\nSAFETY ELEMENT UPDATE\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 1,\ndirect the City Attorney to prepare the amendment, and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the amendment. If Council concurs, the appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 1 in the not to exceed amount of $80,000 with\nMobius Planning LLC for the Safety Element update, direct the City Attorney to\nprepare Amendment No. 1 consistent with the scope outlined in the staff report, and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute said amendment.”

3. AUTHORIZATION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN\nGABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR THE CONTINUED\nPARTICIPATION IN THE COYOTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the Memorandum of Agreement with the San Gabriel Valley Council of\nGovernments for participation in the Coyote Management Implementation Plan. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of Agreement\nwith the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for participation in the Coyote\nManagement Implementation Plan, extending the term through June 30, 2028.

4. APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO CITY OF SAN MARINO DESIGN\nREVIEW COMMITTEE ADVISORY BODY\nRecommendation: The Council Liaisons for the Design Review Committee recommend\nthe Council appointment of two (2) regular members, each commencing on June 1,\n2025. If Council concurs, the appropriate motions would be:\n“I move to appoint Rick Chou, and Suzanne Torgeson as regular members of the\nDesign Review Committee to serve terms ending May 31, 2027.”

5. SPRING 2025 PUBLIC TREE REMOVAL LIST\nRecommendation: This is an informational item. Therefore, no action is required by\nCity Council.

6. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file this report. If the\nCity Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Cash and Investment Report for the Month of March\n2025.”

7. RECEIVE AND FILE MONTHLY DISBURSEMENTS REPORT FOR APRIL\n2025\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file the Monthly\nDisbursements Report for the month of April 2025. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to receive and file the Monthly Disbursements Report for the month of April\n2025.”
