2.\nAPPROVAL OF AGREEEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARINO,\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT, AND RIO HONDO\nCOLLEGE FOR POLICE RECRUIT ACADEMY TRAINING\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve entering into\nagreements with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Rio Hondo College for\npolice academy training of recruit police officer candidates, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the agreements. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve entering into agreements with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s\nDepartment and Rio Hondo College for police academy training of recruit police officer\ncandidates, subject to final language approval by the City Manager and City\nAttorney and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements.”

3.\nAPPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF THE GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council authorize the City Manager to sign\nand renew the General Services Agreement between the City of San Marino and the\nCounty of Los Angeles.\nIf the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe: “I move to authorize the City Manager to sign and renew the General Services\nAgreement between the City of San Marino and the County of Los Angeles.”

4.\nINTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE NO. O261425 (SECOND\nREADING) AMENDING SECTION 14.05.01 (DISORDERLY CONDUCT)\nOF CITY OF SAN MARINO MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER XIV, ARTICLE\n5, AND ADDING SECTIONS 14.05.05 (ENFORCEMENT) AND 14.05.06\n(PROHIBITION ON HABITATION IN VEHICLES ON PUBLIC STREETS\nOR PUBLIC PARKING LOTS) TO CITY OF SAN MARINO MUNICIPAL\nCODE CHAPTER XIV, ARTICLE 05\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council introduce for second reading\nOrdinance No. O261425. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation,\nan appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to waive full reading and introduce by title only Ordinance No. O26 1425,\nan Ordinance of the San Marino City Council amending Municipal Code Section\n14.05.01 and adding sections 14.05.05 and 14.05.06 to City of San Marino Municipal\nCode, adding disorderly conduct, enforcement, and prohibition of habitation in\nvehicles on public streets or public parking lots.”

5.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. R2603: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY\nC O U N C I L O F T H E C I T Y O F S A N M A R I N O , C A L I F O R N I A ,\nAUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF APPROXIMATELY FORTY\n(40) FEET OF RED CURB (NO PARKING ZONE) ALONG THE WEST\nSIDE OF GRANADA AVENUE NORTH OF 1129 N. GRANADA AVE”\nRecommendation: Staff recommend the City Council adopt Resolution No. R2603, a\nResolution of the City Council of San Marino, authorizing the installation of\napproximately forty (40) feet of red curb (no parking zone) on the west side of\nGranada Avenue, north of 1129 N. Granada Avenue, and direct staff to begin\nimplementation of the proposed improvements. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R2603, “a resolution of the City Council of the City\nof San Marino, California, authorizing the installation of approximately forty (40) feet\nof red curb (no parking” zone) along the west side of Granada Avenue, north of 1129\nN. Granada Avenue.”

6.\nAPPROVAL OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR ADA SIDEWALK CURB\nRAMP PROJECT NO. 24/259272A\nRecommendation: Staff recommend that the City Council accept CDBG ADA Sidewalk\nCurb Ramp Project No. 24/259272A as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file\nthe Notice of Completion. If the City Council concurs, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to accept the CDBG ADA Sidewalk Curb Ramp Project No. 24/259272A as\ncomplete and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion.”

7.\nAPPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL DELEGATE AND ALTERNATE LIST FOR\n2026 AND DIRECT THE CITY CLERK TO UPDATE THE AGENCY\nREPORT OF PUBLIC OFFICIAL APPOINTMENTS FORM 806\nRecommendation: The Mayor has recommended assignments to City and/or regional\nbodies. If the City Council concurs with the Mayor’s recommendations, the\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to (1) approve the Council List of Delegates and Alternates to agency\nboards, commissions, and City activities for 2026 and (2) direct the City Clerk to\nupdate the Agency Report of Public Official Appointments Form 806 based on the\nappointments made, delegate the City Manager as signatory on said form, and direct\nthe City Clerk to place the updated Form 806 on the City’s website.”
