2.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH EIDE\nBAILLY, LLP TO INCREASE NOT-TO- EXCEED AMOUNT TO $130,000\nAND EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve amendment No. 3 to the\nagreement with Eide Bailly, LLP. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation an appropriate motion would be:\n”I move to approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Eide Bailly, LLP and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.”

3.\nAPPROVAL OF PROCUREMENT OF LIBRARY MATERIALS FROM INGRAM\nCONTENT GROUP FOR THE CROWELL PUBLIC LIBRARY\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve of the procurement of\nlibrary materials from Ingram Content Group in an amount not to exceed $71,548 for\nFY 2025-26. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to approve of the procurement of library materials from Ingram Content\nGroup in an amount not to exceed $71,548 for FY 2025-26.”

4.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH VANDORPE CHOU ASSOCIATES, INC. (VCA) TO\nADD EXPEDITED PLAN REVIEW SERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 1,\ndirect the City Attorney to prepare the amendment, and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the amendment. If City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, the\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nVCA to add expedited plan review services, direct the City Attorney to prepare the\namendment consistent with the scope outlined in the staff report, and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute said amendment.”

5.\nAPPROVAL OF THE INSTALLATION AND WAIVING OF COSTS FOR THE\nSAN MARINO SCHOOLS FOUNDATION STREET POLE BANNERS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the request from\nthe San Marino Schools Foundation and waive the installation costs. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve a request from the San Marino Schools Foundation that is in\naccordance with Resolution No. R-14-22 for the installation and display of banners\ncitywide between April 1 and June 30, 2026.”

6.\nADOPTION OF SIDE LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SAN\nMARINO POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF SAN\nMARINO CONCERNING THE PROPOSED ADDITION OF SECTION 09.11\n(E) TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the Side Letter of\nAgreement between the San Marino Police Officers Association and the City of San\nMarino. If the City Council concurs with staff's recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be:\n“I move to adopt the Side Letter of Agreement between the San Marino Police\nOfficers Association and the City of San Marino concerning the proposed addition of\nSection 09.11 (E) to the Memorandum of Understanding.”
