2.\nAPPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH HARRIS & ASSOCIATES FOR ANNUAL\nADMINISTRATION SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,475\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the contract with Harris &\nAssociates in the amount of $16,475 to provide administrative services for the annual\nlevy. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion\nwould be:\n”I move to approve the contract with Harris & Associates in the amount of $16,475 to\nprovide administrative services for the annual levy.”

3.\nREVIEW\nOF\nSAN\nMARINO\nPOLICE\nDEPARTMENT\nMILITARY\nEQUIPMENT ANNUAL REPORT AND RENEWAL OF ORDINANCE NO. O-\n22-1390 AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. R-26-02\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council to adopt Resolution No. R-26-\n02, renewing both San Marino Ordinance No. O-22-1390 and San Marino Police\nDepartment Policy 705, and finding that the San Marino Police Department Military\nEquipment Annual Report complies with the standards of approval set forth in\nGovernment Code §§ 7070, 7071 and 7072. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to adopt Resolution No. R-26-02, renewing both San Marino Ordinance No.\nO-22-1390 and San Marino Police Department Policy 705.”
