R-26-06 TO RE-ESTABLISH FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-27 PUBLIC SAFETY SPECIAL TAX LEVIES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 5% increase in\nthe public safety parcel tax levy. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Resolution No. R-26-06 establishing the Public Safety Special Tax\nLevies for Fiscal Year 2026-27.”

3.\nDIRECTION ON SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026–27\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council provide direction on the\nproposed Sewer Service Charge for FY 2026-27, including consideration of a 3%\nincrease to account for inflation. 4.\nACCEPTANCE OF $13,000 DONATION FROM THE SAN MARINO PUBLIC\nLIBRARY FOUNDATION\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council accept the $13,000 donation from\nthe San Marino Public Library Foundation, amend the City’s Restricted Donations\nFund Account #281-91-3601-0000 (Adult Materials Donations - Other) by $13,000,\namend the City’s Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-4150-0000 (Adult\nOther Contract Services) by $3,000, amend the City’s Restricted Donations Fund\nAccount #281-91-4370-0000 (Adult Materials – Other) by $5,000, and amend the\nCity’s Restricted Donations Fund Account #281-91-4376-0000 (Adult Materials and\nSupplies) by $5,000.
