1.\nPRESENTATION OF FY 2026-27 PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET BY\nDEPARTMENT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council provide direction to the City\nManager on the proposed FY 2026-27 Operating Budget. Staff also recommends the\napproval of the budget adjustments to FY 2025-26. If the City Council concurs with\nstaff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve the recommended FY 2025-26 budget adjustment of $1,244,000\nrelated to the sewer lift station improvements.”\nCONSENT CALENDAR

2. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2026\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council receive and file this report.
