1.\nAPPROVAL OF RESOLUTION R-26-09 AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTION\nOF SEWER SERVICE CHARGES ON THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nPROPERTY TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027\nRecommendation: Staff recommend the approval of Resolution No. R-26-09,\nEstablishing Sewer Service Charge Amounts, and authorizing the collection of\nthe Sewer Service charges on the Los Angeles County Property Tax Roll for\nFiscal Year 2026-27. 2.\nREPORT ON EMERGENCY ACTIONS TAKEN TO REPAIR/REMEDIATE\nFIRE\nSTATION\n91\nAND\nREQUEST\nTO\nEXTEND\nEMERGENCY\nPROCUREMENT PURSUANT TO PUBLIC CONTRACTS CODE SECTION\n22050 AND SAN MARINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 2.06.05(A)(8)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council receive the report of\nrepair/remediation actions undertaken to date and extend the emergency by\na 4/5 vote to facilitate expeditious restoration of Fire Station 91. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n"I move to receive and file the report of repair/remediation actions\nundertaken to date and to extend the emergency action approved in\nResolution No. R-26-08 to facilitate the expeditious restoration of Fire Station\n91."\nCONSENT CALENDAR

3.\nACCEPTING CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES 911\nAWARD MONEY FOR THE PURPOSES OF UPGRADING THE CURRENT\nSAN MARINO POLICE DEPARTMENT PUBLIC SAFETY ANSWERING\nEQUIPMENT FOR $365,000\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council accept the $365,000.00\naward from the California Office of Emergency Services (CAL-OES) for the\npurposes of upgrading the current San Marino Police Department call handling\nequipment and authorize the City Manager to execute any documents\nrequired to receive the equipment contemplated by the grant. If the City\nCouncil concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate motion would\nbe:\n“I move to accept the California Office of Emergency Services 911 funds for\nthe purpose of upgrading the current San Marino Police Department Public\nSafety Answering Equipment, in the amount of $365,000; and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute any documents required to receive the equipment\ncontemplated by the grant.”

4.\nAPPROVAL OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR MEASURE B ADVISORY BOARD FUNDING\nGRANT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council 1) authorize the City\nManager to accept the 2025 Measure B grant funds and execute the\nagreement with the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services for\na performance period of May 14, 2026 to June 30, 2027; 2) approve budget\namendments needed; and 3) dispense with competitive bidding requirements\npursuant to SMMC §02.06.05 B. 2 b and authorize the Fire Department to\npurchase (2) Zoll X-Series Cardiac Monitors and (1) AutoPulse NXT\nResuscitation Device from Zoll Medical Corporation in the amount of\n$156,656.13 and (1) Stryker Power Pro 2 Ambulance Cot from Stryker Sales,\nLLC in the amount of $45,843.95.
