7.\nApprove an Agreement with Community SeniorServ, Inc. dba Meals On Wheels\nOrange County for the Senior Meals Program (General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Parks, Recreation, and Community Services\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement\nwith Community SeniorServ, Inc. dba Meals On Wheels Orange County for the\nSenior Meals Program in an amount of $90,300 for base services (Home\nDelivered Meals and Lunch Cafe Programs) and $9,700 for additional as needed\nservices, for a total not to exceed amount of $100,000 for the period July 1, 2024\nto June 30, 2025 to be funded by the General Fund (Agreement No. A-2024-XXX).
