Resolution No. 9854 - Request for Parking Restrictions during Certain Hours on\nMatern Place north of Telegraph Road (Public Works)\nRecommendation:\n• Adopt Resolution No. 9854 to implement a parking restriction between the\nhours of 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. on the west side of Matern Place from a\npoint 370′ north of Telegraph Road to a point 630′ northerly and implement\na tow-away zone within the same limits for vehicles that violate the\nrestriction as requested by the adjacent business.\nf. Residential Streets Improvements South of Florence Avenue (Triangle) and\nLongworth Ave (Orr & Day to Harvest Ave) – Award of Contract (Public Works)\nRecommendation:\n• Accept the bids; and\n• Award a contract to R.J.
